'Welbeck'

This cannabis pipe is inspired by Welbeck Street Car Park, built in 1970 by Michael Blampied & Partners. The most recognisable feature separating this car park from other buildings is perforated facade formed of triangular precast concrete modules. In 2019 Westminister Council approved plans submitted by Shiva Hotels to demolish the brutalist car park and replace it with a luxury hotel.
